Air India, a Tata Group entity, strategically employs ChatGPT to analyze intricate questions, ensuring Maharaja evolves to comprehend natural language intricacies, ultimately enhancing customer interactions.

The multifaceted Maharaja serves as an indispensable AI assistant, managing a spectrum of 1,300 customer queries. These encompass diverse topics such as flight status, baggage allowances, check-in procedures, and more. With proficiency in multiple languages, including Hindi, English, French, and German, Maharaja ensures a seamless experience for a diverse range of passengers.

Satya Ramaswamy, Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Air India highlights the transformative impact of AI-driven generative capabilities on customer preferences.
