In Kolkata, Amit Shah and JP Nadda orchestrated vital strategies for the impending Lok Sabha elections in West Bengal. The BJP's top brass, aiming to secure a strong electoral foothold in 2024, convened crucial meetings with the state unit's core members. Reports confirm the session's primary focus: devising comprehensive strategies pivotal for the impending polls.

Amit Shah, setting an ambitious target, aims to secure 35 Lok Sabha seats for the BJP in Bengal. Post-meeting, he expressed confidence in the electorate's trust in PM Modi, foreseeing a significant blessing for the party in the forthcoming elections. Shah underscored the importance of this gathering, highlighting discussions centering on election strategies while affirming Bengal's faith in PM Modi.

Recognizing the influence of social media, Shah emphasized leveraging its potency in the electoral battle. He articulated the BJP's intent to rely significantly on social platforms due to perceived limitations in regional media, cautioning against a biased portrayal hampered by apprehensions linked to Mamata Banerjee. Shah rallied social media enthusiasts, affirming their potential to surpass traditional channels in amplifying Modi's message.

Additionally, Shah didn't shy away from criticizing Mamata Banerjee's administration. He cited stagnation in West Bengal's growth under her governance, attributing it to reluctance in implementing Modi's developmental agendas, fearing a BJP surge in popularity. Reiterating his call for 35 Lok Sabha seats as a tribute to Shyama Prasad Mookerjee, Shah emphasized Modi's commitment to transforming West Bengal.

The historical context of Bengal's political landscape emerged, reminiscing the BJP's commendable performance in the 2019 elections. With 42 constituencies, the Trinamool Congress secured 22 seats while encountering fierce competition from the BJP, which clinched 18 seats. Amit Shah and JP Nadda commenced their day by visiting Gurudwara Bara Sikh Sangat in Kolkata, commemorating Veer Baal Diwas.
