Two CRPF jawans were wounded in a powerful explosion caused by an improvised explosive device (IED) in the vibrant region of Bijapur , Chhattisgarh. The incident occurred on Monday, adding another distressing chapter to the ongoing conflict between security forces and Naxal insurgents. Promptly, the injured soldiers were swiftly transported to the local hospital, where they received immediate treatment before being transferred to Raipur for further medical attention.
According to Chhattisgarh Police, the IED blast was orchestrated by Naxalites who strategically planted the explosive device to inflict harm upon the CRPF 85 battalion.
