Ranbir Kapoor's blockbuster, "Animal," is on the brink of crossing the Rs 350 crore mark in Indian box office collections after a triumphant week. The film, also starring Rashmika Mandanna and Anil Kapoor, raked in over Rs 500 crore globally within six days. Despite facing competition from Vicky Kaushal's "Sam Bahadur," "Animal" secured an impressive opening of Rs 63.8 crore on December 1.

Ranbir Kapoor's latest cinematic offering, "Animal," continues its staggering journey at the box office, inching closer to the monumental Rs 350 crore mark in India after a resounding seven days since its theatrical debut. This film, featuring Kapoor alongside Rashmika Mandanna and Anil Kapoor, has showcased an unstoppable momentum, surpassing the impressive milestone of Rs 500 crore globally within just six days of its release.

Despite sharing the release date with Vicky Kaushal's "Sam Bahadur," "Animal" marked its arrival with a formidable opening of Rs 63.8 crore on December 1, setting the stage for an extraordinary run at the box office. As the week progressed, its earnings showcased remarkable consistency:

Day 1 (Friday): Rs 63.8 crore

Day 2 (Saturday): Rs 66.27 crore

Day 3 (Sunday): Rs 71.46 crore

Day 4 (Monday): Rs 43.96 crore

Day 5 (Tuesday): Rs 37.47 crore

Day 6 (Wednesday): Rs 30.39 crore

Day 7 (Thursday): Rs 25.50 crore

The cumulative collection now stands at an astounding Rs 338.85 crore, a testament to its widespread appeal across diverse regions in India, spanning various languages. Notably, the film maintained an impressive 30 percent occupancy rate throughout the day, with night screenings significantly contributing to its box office triumph.

Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, "Animal" boasts a star-studded ensemble cast, including the likes of Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, Tripti Dimri, Suresh Oberoi, Shakti Kapoor, and Prem Chopra. The narrative revolves around Ranvijay, Balbir's son, who, after relocating to the United States, returns to seek vengeance following an assassination attempt on his father.
