Bihar STET 2023 Notification: Online Application Form Released

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has published a notification for the Bihar Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (Bihar STET) 2023. Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply online.

Application Fee:

*For Paper I or II:*

- General, EWS General Category, Backward Classes, Extremely Backward Class: Rs. 960/-

- SC/ST/Divyang Candidates: Rs. 760/-

*For Paper I & II:*

- General, EWS General Category, Backward Classes, Extremely Backward Class: Rs. 1440/-

- SC/ST/Divyang Candidates: Rs. 1140/-

Payment Mode: Online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI.

Important Dates:

- Starting Date for Online Application & Fee Payment: 09-08-2023 from 04:30 PM

- Last Date for Online Application & Fee Payment: 23-08-2023

Age Limit (as on 01-08-2023):

- Minimum Age Limit: 21 Years

- Maximum Age Limit for UR (Male) Candidates: 37 Years

- Maximum Age Limit for UR Female: 40 Years

- Maximum Age Limit for Backward Class Male/Female: 40 Years

- Maximum Age Limit for Very Backward Classes Male/Female: 40 Years

- Maximum Age Limit for SC Male/Female: 42 Years

- Maximum Age Limit for ST Male/Female: 42 Years

- Age Relaxation is Applicable as per Rules.

Qualification:

*For Paper I (Secondary):*

- Candidates should possess a Degree, PG in the relevant discipline, B.Ed, B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed.

*For Paper II (Senior Secondary):*

- Candidates should possess PG in the relevant discipline, B.Ed, B.A.B.Ed/ B.Sc B.Ed/ B.Ed M.Ed.
