List of Candidates
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has taken a significant stride in its preparations for the upcoming Madhya Pradesh assembly elections by releasing its initial list of 39 candidates.

The assembly elections are crucial for both the BJP and the Congress, as they look to gain an upper hand in Madhya Pradesh. In the previous 2018 elections, the Congress secured 114 seats, emerging as the largest party in the 230-member house. However, political dynamics shifted as a rebellion within the Congress ranks led to resignations of several MLAs, ultimately leading to the collapse of the Congress government.

The BJP, seizing the opportunity, formed the government with Shivraj Singh Chouhan making a comeback as the Chief Minister.

The current election season marks a crucial juncture for the BJP, as it strives to retain its power in Madhya Pradesh, while also aiming to make substantial inroads in Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh where Congress holds sway. The party's efforts in Telangana and Mizoram also remain noteworthy as it attempts to establish its presence in these regions.

With the polls slated for November-December this year, political fervor is on the rise in these states. The BJP's strategic candidate selection demonstrates its determination to secure a strong position in the upcoming elections.
