BTS V, Jungkook's Surprising Look Ahead of Military Service

In a recent social media update, BTS V showcased a screenshot from a video call with fellow bandmate Jungkook, both revealing their newly shaved heads in preparation for their upcoming military enlistment. The photo, shared on V's Instagram story, depicted the duo shirtless, sporting serious expressions while looking at the screen. Additionally, V left a message expressing his departure before Jungkook's, urging caution for the next day.

Amidst this, Big Hit Music, BTS's agency, relayed through Weverse, the official fan communication platform, that no official events would accompany their enlistment. Fans were advised against visiting the site to prevent safety concerns and overcrowding.

Furthermore, reports surfaced that V, also known as Kim Taehyung, would participate in K-pop artist IU's upcoming music video. IU, currently working on a new album, plans to release it in the first half of the year. V's enlistment urgency prompted swift filming for IU's video, though the release date remains unconfirmed.

Meanwhile, Jungkook's individual musical endeavors, including songs like "Standing Next to You," have soared on music charts. His appearances, such as on Jimmy Fallon's Tonight Show, discussing his album "Golden," have garnered immense praise and attention from fans (ARMYS). The track "Standing Next to You" from Jungkook's debut album, "Golden," has notably broken records and received acclaim for its distinctiveness.
