The
opposition party was the target of the BJP's relentless attacks, which it
claimed was planning to create division in the country.

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi's claim that the Muslim League has impacted the Congress party's platform for the LokSabha election was met with resistance on Monday by the Congress party. The Election Commission (EC) was then consulted by the Congress party. At the same time, the BJP was continuing its onslaught.
Salman Khurshid, a former Union minister, RajyaSabha MP Mukul Wasnik, Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera, and party member Gurdeep Sappal were among the four members of the Congress delegation that filed a complaint with the election board denouncing the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) alleged use of armed forces in its advertisements. The group issued a memorandum to the electoral body.

Both memoranda were signed by the general secretary of the Congress party, Randeep Singh Surjewala, and its communications secretary, Jairam Ramesh, discussed them on television.
The party denounced Modi for his "disparaging" remarks against the party's agenda in their first memorandum, arguing that they went against the Model Code of Conduct (MCC).
As per the memorandum, Shri Narendra Modi has attempted to create a rift among voters by appealing to their sentiments and referencing the Partition tragedies. He has spread false, provocative, and vicious claims in order to do this.
According to the statement, the remarks are not only "nothing out of the ordinary," but also a "concerted effort of arousing communal discord in order to secure a larger vote share."
Modi claimed that while the Congress platform includes parts of the Muslim League, it is also significantly influenced by Leftist activists during an electoral rally on Saturday in Ajmer, Rajasthan. You probably noticed that the Congress party's manifesto presentation the day before demonstrated how disconnected the current Congress party is from the needs and goals of contemporary India. Congress's platform mirrors the prevailing philosophy of the Muslim League during the independence movement. The entire Congress manifesto bears the imprint of the Muslim League, even though the Leftists shaped most of it. He asserted that Congress is not involved in this situation.
In their appeal to the electoral board, the Congress party stated that Modi's comments "may endanger the wellbeing of supporters of the INC; by making the public believe that the INC wishes to divide India."
As said in the statement, the seriousness of the situation forbids this Honorable Commission from ignoring Shri Narendra Modi's remarks.
The opposition party demanded that Modi face "stern and swift" consequences for his "conduct in raising communal tensions in the Indian society."
As stated earlier in the day by Congress leader Mallik arjun Kharge, the party platform embodies the aspirations of more than 1.4 billion people.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) continued to criticize the Congress party for its agenda in tandem with these developments. That is precisely what the BJP refers to as the Congress party's shift into a "proxy partner" for the "hidden agenda" of the Muslim League.
Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, the leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), asserted in a reporter interview that the Congress is collaborating with the Muslim League on a covert operation to create division in the country.
The Congress party expressed its dissatisfaction with the "continuous use of defense forces in political advertisements by the BJP" in its second communication to the Election Commission (EC). This was the case even though the EC had offered several recommendations on the issue.
