Ghaziabad Woman Tortured 10 years old Daughter to Hide Rape by Man, he Abused her Son as well

A woman from Ghaziabad is accused of torturing her 10-year-old daughter in order to hide the fact that she had been sexually raped by a man on several occasions. It is also said that the mother attempted to force her daughter into prostitution. The father is also accused of abusing the girl's thirteen-year-old sibling sexually.

The child left her Ghaziabad home on January 20 and was discovered missing in Delhi, according to the officials. They claimed that the infant had at last become aware of the pain. When she was given over to the Child Welfare Committee, custody of her was moved from the Delhi Police. The girl's medical evaluation confirmed that she had been the victim of sexual assault.

The young girl informed the authorities that, following her father's death four years prior, she had been living with her maternal grandparents. Her mother had brought her siblings to live with her in Ghaziabad a year prior. Her brother was sexually assaulted by a friend of her mother's when he was thirteen years old, and she had other instances of sexual assault. Because of the violence, her brother had left the house.

The young woman says this was the last straw for her, after finding out that her mother had been a prostitute after her father died and had intended to force her into the trade when she was older.

An official from the Ghaziabad Loni Border police station has reported that the mother of the child and her companion have been taken into custody.

The child identified Raju, a Delhi resident, as the one who had sexually assaulted her, according to Assistant Commissioner of Police Bhaskar Sharma (Loni). Even though it had been twenty days since January 20, her mother had not notified the authorities of her absence. The youngster says that if she told anybody else about the crime, Raju and her mother would threaten to beat her with pliers and torture her as a cover-up. But she said nothing.

After being filed by the Delhi Police in January, the case was sent to the Loni Border Police Station on April 9 for additional investigation. He continued by saying that the girl initially accused her stepfather of sexually abusing her because of her fear of Raju.
