Day 8 of India Couture Week 2023, marked with actress Vaani Kapoor turning showstopper for designer Isha Jajodia, who made her debut with 'Romantic Reverie' collection. 


Vaani elegantly strutted down the runway in a stunning red chikankari ensemble, which showcased intricate handcrafted designs on the blouse, skirt, and dupatta. Her attire included a sleeveless blouse with a deep neckline. On the runway, she enhanced the glamor with her smoky eyes, flushed cheeks, shiny lips, and wavy hair. To complete her look, she adorned a diamond emerald necklace that perfectly complemented her ensemble.

RoseRoom by Isha Jajodia took the audience on a whimsical journey, inspired by the captivating fusion of French Riviera fashion and the allure of Hollywood's Golden Era. The collection showcased intricate chikankari details, delicate laces, and dreamy organza fabrics adorned with pearls and crystals, creating a mesmerizing tapestry of playful sophistication. The show's color palette featured beautiful pastel shades like blues, pinks, and ivory, as well as solid and darker tones, styled impeccably by the models.


Following the show, the 'Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui' actor revealed her favorite outfit of choice, stating that her go-to outfit is track pants and slippers. She mentioned that she wouldn't dress up like that on a weekend, but she would on a special occasion.

She expressed that she felt absolutely nostalgic about anything related to Paris and European culture, including architecture, fabric, and outfits, as they evoke lovely memories for her. She also mentioned being very happy with the beautiful outfit she was wearing. She described the experience of being backstage with all the hustle and bustle, and when she walked on the ramp, seeing herself in the outfit designed by such a talented designer struck her and made her feel privileged to be able to wear something so beautiful.
