The Department of Justice is worried about how judges are chosen and what rules they follow in the Supreme Court and High Court. The Head Judge of The Supreme Court can listen to complaints about other judges' behavior, and the Head Judge of the High Courts can do The same for judges there. They can take action if needed, stated Kiren Rijiju.

The government of India made a system to handle complaints against judges. They send these complaints to the right people to take action. They also make sure that judges are responsible by having a system in the Supreme Court to look into complaints against them.
