Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was stoned by an unidentified group of persons while on a bus trip in Vijayawada. It caused him to injure his forehead in the end. He was injured around his left eyebrow; he received emergency medical assistance.
When his treatment was over, he went back to his yatra. The YSRCP branded the chief minister's attack as a cowardly act and blamed Telugu Desam and its leader Chandra babu Naidu for it.
According to a statement from the Chief Minister's Office (CMO), "The stone struck the CM while he was acknowledging the crowds as part of his bus tour at Vivekananda School Centre in Singh Nagar, Vijayawada." Given the incident, the statement was released to the public.

The officials assume that Reddy may have been struck by a stone shot from a catapult, given its incredible impact.
As the chief minister was waving to bystanders from the bus's top, a mob attacked him. As part of his party's election campaign, Jagan set out on a bus excursion in March that he named Memantha Siddham, which translates to "We are all ready." This year's Lok Sabha and assembly elections are being held in the state, hence a 21-day bus tour was organized to cover every region. There will be state assembly elections in addition to the Lok Sabha election, which has already been secured by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
