In a cinematic spectacle that continues to captivate audiences, the third-day box office performance of "Merry Christmas," featuring the dynamic duo of Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi, has unfolded with a remarkable upward trend. According to a detailed report by Sacnilk, "Merry Christmas" showcased a substantial surge, accumulating an impressive net earning of approximately Rs 3.75 crore in India on its third day. The film's success is underscored by heightened occupancy levels for its Tamil and Telugu versions on Sunday, reflecting the growing popularity of this much-anticipated release. Notably, the initial day's collection stood at Rs 2.55 crore, with an occupancy rate of nearly 11.56%.

Breaking down the Hindi occupancy on the third day, morning shows reported a significant 12.23%, afternoon shows surged to an impressive 18.90%, the evening shows dominated with a substantial 26.86%, and the night shows maintained a robust presence at 20.32%. This distribution highlights the film's consistent appeal across various time slots, contributing to its overall success.
