Nora Fatehi has expressed concerns over the increasing similarity in the styling of Bollywood actresses, pointing out that today’s female stars often look indistinguishable in their fashion choices. During an interview at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne with Rajeev Masand, Nora discussed her struggle to maintain individuality in an industry where aesthetics have become uniform.

Nora mentioned that stylists tend to follow a similar pattern, dressing actresses like Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, and Ananya Panday in nearly identical ways. She shared her challenges in maintaining a distinct look, emphasizing that her body type differs from others and doesn’t fit the industry’s one-size-fits-all approach. "When I wear [certain styles], it doesn’t look the same because my body type is not very common here," she stated.

Fatehi revealed she often has to assert her preference, explaining to stylists that dressing her similarly to others doesn’t align with her figure or aesthetic. Over time, her persistence has helped stylists and directors understand her desire to stand out, yet the adjustment has been challenging in an industry with set style norms.
