Minister Rajnath Singh engaged in a cleanliness drive at Lucknow's Hanuman
Setu temple as part of the SwachhTeerth campaign. The campaign, endorsed by
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, encourages citizens to contribute to the cleanliness
of temples, especially in preparation for significant religious events.
Hailing
from Lucknow himself, Singh visited the Hanuman Setu temple and actively
participated in Shramdaan, emphasizing the importance of cleanliness in places
of worship. Sharing his experience on X in Hindi, he conveyed the Prime
Minister's call for citizens to contribute to temple cleanliness.
Speaking
to reporters, Rajnath Singh expressed his joy regarding the upcoming pran
pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla at the Ram Mandir. He highlighted the global
participation expected at the event, showcasing its historic significance.

As
Ayodhya prepares for the inauguration of the Ram Mandir on January 22, the city
is adorned with decorations inspired by the epic 'Ramayana.' Karsevakpuram, a
significant site, has been embellished with thematic items. The organizers have
devised an extensive plan to welcome attendees, including presenting
dignitaries with soil from the Ram Janmabhoomi Foundation.
As
a delightful addition to the celebration, the Teerth Kshetra Trust plans to
distribute special 'Motichoor laddus' made from desi ghee as 'Prasad' to the
guests. This thoughtful gesture adds a traditional touch to the grand event,
making it a momentous occasion for both locals and visitors.
In
