Shah Rukh Khan's "Dunki" at the box office. After the disappointment
of "Adipurush," Prabhas returns with a bang in "Salaar Part One: Ceasefire," hitting cinemas on December 22. The film's release witnessed
an intense clash between "Salaar" and Shah Rukh Khan's
"Dunki," especially in Southern India.
According
to Sacnilk.com, "Salaar" amassed a staggering Rs 95 crore net on its
opening day, encompassing earnings from all dubbed versions. Meanwhile, SRK's
"Dunki," which premiered a day before "Salaar," raked in a
mere Rs 29.2 crore on its Day 1. The film's success primarily revolves around
Prabhas's stellar performance, capturing audiences across different regions.

Telugu version of "Salaar" boasted an impressive 88.93 percent
occupancy on its opening day, mainly driven by night shows. Directed by
Prashant Neel, renowned for his work in "KGF," the film stars Shruti
Haasan, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Jagapati Babu alongside Prabhas.
The
film's anticipation soared to unprecedented heights among Prabhas's fanbase,
prompting the Telangana government to permit early screenings as early as 1 am.
Additionally, the government authorized the film's makers to hike ticket
prices, reflecting the immense hype surrounding "Salaar."
"Salaar" made a global debut on December 22 across multiple languages, including Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu.
