Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's latest film "Jawan," directed by Atlee, has stormed its way into the ₹300 crore club at the Indian box office within just five days of its release. This action-packed thriller, which debuted in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, has now become the third Hindi film in 2023 to achieve this remarkable milestone.


According to early estimates from Sacnilk.com, "Jawan" raked in ₹30 crore nett on its fifth day, contributing to its grand total. The film kicked off with a bang, earning ₹75 crore on its opening day (Hindi: ₹65.5 crore, Tamil: ₹5.5 crore, Telugu: ₹4 crore). Subsequently, it maintained its momentum, grossing ₹53.23 crore on day two, ₹77.83 crore on day three, and ₹80.1 crore on day four, resulting in an impressive cumulative collection of ₹316.16 crore in India.

Notably, "Jawan" isn't just conquering the domestic market; it has also shattered records on the global stage. Red Chillies Entertainment, the production company behind the film, proudly shared that "Jawan" is the fastest Hindi movie ever to cross the ₹500 crore mark worldwide. It achieved this milestone in just four days, amassing a staggering ₹520.79 crore gross at the global box office during its opening weekend.


Shah Rukh Khan, overwhelmed by the positive response from fans, expressed his gratitude on X (formerly known as Twitter). He thanked his supporters and encouraged them to continue sharing their movie experiences. The actor promised to return soon to witness their enthusiasm firsthand.
