When questioned about gender disparities in the industry and whether men have it easier and earn more, Tamannaah Bhatia responded, "They definitely receive significantly higher remuneration, and it's something that I find difficult to comprehend. The issue of pay parity persists despite the fact that women also contribute immensely to the industry." Bhatia further commented, "There is an existing hierarchy, and I witness it across various domains. If one person carries a certain level of arrogance or ego, it can create a challenging environment.
