national portal today, a significant stride towards empowering marginalized
communities across India. Through an interactive video conferencing session, PM
Modi will initiate a nationwide effort to extend credit support to those from
disadvantaged sections of society. The initiative, orchestrated by the Prime
Minister's Office (PMO), seeks to bolster socio-economic inclusion by fostering
entrepreneurship and employment opportunities among marginalized groups.
Scheduled
to address a diverse audience, PM Modi will engage with beneficiaries of
various government schemes tailored for marginalized communities, encompassing
Scheduled Castes, backward classes, and sanitation workers. This engagement underscores
the government's commitment to ensuring equitable access to resources and
opportunities for all citizens, irrespective of their socio-economic
background.
At the heart of this initiative lies the 'Pradhan Mantri Samajik Utthan and Rozgar Adharit Jankalyan' (PM-SURAJ) national portal, emblematic of PM Modi's vision to prioritize the welfare of the underprivileged. This transformative platform is designed to uplift the most marginalized segments of society by facilitating access to credit and promoting entrepreneurship.

the program, PM Modi will also oversee the distribution of Ayushman health
cards and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) kits to sewer and septic tank

safety of frontline workers. The initiative, implemented under the National
Action for Mechanized Sanitation Ecosystem (NAMASTE), aims to mitigate risks
faced by those working in challenging conditions.
The
event is poised to witness the participation of lakhs of beneficiaries from
over 500 districts across the country, highlighting the widespread reach and
impact of government initiatives targeting marginalized communities. Through
the launch of the PM-SURAJ portal and his engagement with beneficiaries, PM
Modi reaffirms his administration's resolve to foster inclusive growth and
social empowerment in India.
