In a recent incident in Kota, Rajasthan, a Bhopal-bound passenger train encountered a minor derailment that thankfully resulted in no casualties. The event involved two coaches of the train, which veered off the track near Kota Junction. Despite the disruption to the journey, no injuries were reported among passengers or railway staff.

The incident occurred late on a Friday night, causing a temporary halt in the train's operation. However, the swift and efficient response from the railway authorities played a crucial role in ensuring the safety of everyone on board. The West Central Railway immediately initiated the restoration work, aiming to re-rail the affected coaches promptly.

The train, numbered 14813 and traveling from Jodhpur to Bhopal, faced this unexpected derailment near the Kota station yard of Kota division around 10:50 pm. Railway officials and staff worked diligently to address the situation, commencing the re-railing process without delay. Within a few hours, by 2 am, the re-railing was completed, allowing the train to resume its journey.

Fortunately, this incident did not result in any harm to the passengers or the railway infrastructure. The authorities ensured that safety protocols were strictly adhered to, minimizing any potential risks or inconveniences to those involved.
