The University Grants Commission (UGC) has issued a crucial directive, urging Higher Education Institutions to facilitate live streaming for the upcoming seventh edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha 2024. Scheduled for January 29, this event will witness Prime Minister Narendra Modi engaging with students, teachers, and parents at Bharat Manadampam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, commencing at 11 am.

According to official communications, a remarkable 26,31,698 registrations have been recorded for PM Modi's Pariksha Pe Charcha Programme this year. The My govt portal reports substantial participation, with over 205.62 lakh students, 14.93 lakh teachers, and 5.69 lakh parents enrolled in the program. Approximately 4,000 students are slated to have the unique opportunity to interact directly with PM Modi during the session.

Prime Minister Modi is anticipated to share valuable insights, advice, and stress-relief tips for students navigating board exams during the PPC 2024 program. The initiative aims to create a conducive environment that celebrates and encourages the unique individuality of each child, fostering an atmosphere where self-expression is fully embraced, as mentioned on the official website.

The UGC's notice underscores the importance of disseminating information within the academic community. Higher Education Institutions are requested to prominently display the notice and ensure students and faculty members are well-informed. The live-streaming arrangements will extend to various platforms, including All India Radio Medium Wave, All India Radio FM Channel, live web streaming on PMO and Ministry of Education websites, Doordarshan, MyGov.in, and YouTube channel of MoE, Facebook Live, and Swayamprabha channels of MOE.

In summary, the UGC's directive seeks to ensure widespread access to the enriching Pariksha Pe Charcha 2024 program, aligning with its goal of fostering a supportive educational environment.
