US First Lady Jill Biden Tests Positive for Covid-19 Ahead of G20 Summit in India

The White House just released some troubling news that
First Lady Jill Biden has tested positive for Covid-19 and is suffering some
moderate symptoms. President Joe Biden was also tested for the virus, but the
results were negative.
Communications Director Elizabeth Alexander confirmed the diagnosis and said that First Lady Jill Biden would be quarantining herself at their Rehoboth Beach, Delaware home. The First Lady's prior infection with COVID-19 occurred in August of 2022, thus this is not her first bout with the virus. In July of 2022, President Joe Biden, at the age of 80, was also given a Covid-19 diagnosis.
The travel plans of President Biden have taken center
stage as this information has emerged. Beginning on September 7th, he will go
to India to take part in the G20 Summit. On September 8, he will meet with
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a one-on-one setting during the summit.
