presently on an official tour of the United Kingdom, bestowed Prime Minister
Rishi Sunak with a cricket bat autographed by Virat Kohli. The meeting at 10
Downing Street, accompanied by the leaders' spouses, underscored the
contemporary nature of India-UK ties.
Jaishankar
used his official social media account to post details of the encounter,
expressing his joy at meeting with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on Diwali. He
offered Prime Minister Narendra Modi's warmest wishes, highlighting India and
the UK's active participation in changing their relationship. The post went

In
response, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak welcomed Jaishankar to Downing Street and
