Air India Express Flight Returns to Bengaluru Due to Technical Issue

An Air India Express flight from Bengaluru to Visakhapatnam returned to the Bengaluru airport on Saturday due to a technical snag. Authorities confirmed it was a precautionary measure and not an emergency landing. Air India has yet to issue an official statement on the matter.

An Air India Express flight traveling from Bengaluru to Visakhapatnam was forced to return to the Bengaluru airport on Saturday due to a technical problem. Airport officials clarified that the return was precautionary and did not require an emergency landing.

The flight, which took off at 10 am, circled the skies over Bengaluru before safely landing back at the airport. Officials stated, "The flight returned due to technical issues, but there was no emergency landing." As of now, Air India Express has not released an official statement regarding the incident.

This is the second incident this month involving Air India flights experiencing technical snags. Earlier, a Singapore-bound Air India flight from Chennai was also forced to return mid-air due to a suspected technical issue. That flight, carrying around 170 passengers, landed safely, and passengers were accommodated on alternative arrangements.
