Ayodhya's Ram Temple Trust Shares Newest Pictures of First-Floor Construction

Ayodhya witnesses significant developments as the Ram Temple's first-floor construction progresses, priest recruitment garners immense interest, and the Vishva Hindu Parishad prepares for a massive global invitation to the temple's consecration ceremony on January 22. Additionally, Ayodhya anticipates the inauguration of the Shri Ram International Airport and a model railway station later this month.
In
a significant development, the Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirath Kshetra Trust has
publicly shared exclusive images detailing the ongoing construction progress of
the first floor of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Four captivating images were
unveiled on 'X, revealing the meticulous efforts invested in shaping the
monumental structure. The trust, responsible for overseeing the temple's
construction, proudly presented the snapshots, building anticipation for the
grand inauguration scheduled for January 22 of the upcoming year.
The trust's announcement comes amid the search for qualified individuals to serve as priests at the revered Ram Temple. With a staggering 3,000 applications received in response to advertised vacancies, the Ram Mandir Teerth Kshetra Trust is rigorously conducting interviews. A panel comprising Hindu preacher Jaykant Mishra and mahants Mithilesh Nandini Sharan and Satyanarayan Das is currently overseeing the selection process at the Vishva Hindu Parishad's headquarters in Ayodhya, known as Karsevak Puram. Following six months of residential training, the chosen 20 candidates will assume roles as priests.

In
parallel, the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) has announced its ambitious plan to
extend invitations to over 10 crore families globally for the consecration
ceremony at the Ram Temple on January 22. Alok Kumar, the VHP central working
president, emphasized the symbolic significance of the "pious akshat
kalash" sanctified at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple on November 5, which
has been dispatched across the nation.
Switching gears to infrastructural developments, the Shri Ram International Airport and a model railway station, mirroring the temple's architecture, are poised for inauguration in December. Ayodhya MLA Ved Prakash Gupta anticipates that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will preside over the inauguration on December 30. The Ayodhya airport, developed at a cost of approximately Rs 350 crore by the Airports Authority of India (AAI), has received regulatory approval and boasts a 2,200m runway equipped for night flights and low-visibility conditions.
