In a significant development, the Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirath Kshetra Trust has publicly shared exclusive images detailing the ongoing construction progress of the first floor of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Four captivating images were unveiled on 'X, revealing the meticulous efforts invested in shaping the monumental structure. The trust's announcement comes amid the search for qualified individuals to serve as priests at the revered Ram Temple. A panel comprising Hindu preacher Jaykant Mishra and mahants Mithilesh Nandini Sharan and Satyanarayan Das is currently overseeing the selection process at the Vishva Hindu Parishad's headquarters in Ayodhya, known as Karsevak Puram. In parallel, the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) has announced its ambitious plan to extend invitations to over 10 crore families globally for the consecration ceremony at the Ram Temple on January 22. Alok Kumar, the VHP central working president, emphasized the symbolic significance of the "pious akshat kalash" sanctified at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple on November 5, which has been dispatched across the nation.

Switching gears to infrastructural developments, the Shri Ram International Airport and a model railway station, mirroring the temple's architecture, are poised for inauguration in December. Ayodhya MLA Ved Prakash Gupta anticipates that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will preside over the inauguration on December 30. The Ayodhya airport, developed at a cost of approximately Rs 350 crore by the Airports Authority of India (AAI), has received regulatory approval and boasts a 2,200m runway equipped for night flights and low-visibility conditions.
