Big Judgement on Atiq Ahmad:-


Today’s verdict of the Prayagraj Court proved that Indian law is above all. Atiq Ahmad a well known gangster who later became an MLA  was accused of kidnapping Umesh Pal in 2006 found guilty and sentenced to lifetime imprisonment. Two others also got the Same sentence.


The family of Umesh PAtel is satisfied with the decision but they were hoping that he will receive a death sentence. Court stated that it's not a “Rare of Rare” case

Atiq is accused of more than 100 cases. Last few days he was the center of attention as he traveled all the way from Gujarat's Sabarmati Central JAil to Bareilly Central Jail.  He was in Gujarat due to an order of the Supreme Court for the kidnapping and assault of Mohit Jaiswal who was a Real estate businessman.

His plea of his life being threatened in UP is also rejected by the Supreme Court.
