According to Luminate, "Seven" debuted at No. 1 on the Hot 100 chart with impressive figures, including 21.9 million streams, 6.4 million in airplay audience, and 153,000 combined digital and CD singles sold. The song's success was achieved from its release on July 14 through July 20, with various versions available for download, including the original and instrumental versions on July 14, and the "Summer" and "Band" mixes on July 17, all priced at 69 cents. Additionally, the song's original version was purchasable on CD from July 14, priced at $1.99.


Jungkook's first solo single 'Seven' music video released on the 14th, YouTube views exceeded 100 million around 2:08 am on the 25th. It was viewed more than 100 million times in exactly 10 days, 13 hours and 8 minutes after the music video was released.
