Hallie Biden Finally Speaks Out On Discovering A Gun In Hunter Biden’s Truck

Hallie Biden testified she panicked after finding Hunter's gun and drugs, disposing of the firearm before later retrieving it, suggesting he struggled with addiction when purchasing the weapon.

Hallie Biden, an ex-girlfriend of Hunter Biden and a widow of his brother Beau Biden, testified on Thursday at the federal trial of Hunter Biden on charges related to guns. Her emotional testimony narrated the circumstances that surrounded Hunter’s acquisition of a handgun in 2018 whilst allegedly battling with drug and alcohol substance use disorders. 

Ms. Biden said in court that she had felt alarmed one morning in October 2018 when searching Hunter’s truck and stumbled upon a 38 caliber revolver, in addition to drug paraphernalia the weapon recovered. Thinking that the gun might harm herself or her children, she placed the gun in a bag and threw it into a trash bin of a supermarket that was close by. 

The mother of the two children said this in court, “I didn’t want him to get an injury on his body and I also did not want my kids to stumble onto it and get an injury on their body. ” This was the scene that I came across in the movie ‘True Detective”; I was afraid to kind of touch it, I didn’t know it was loaded.

He said that his wife never told him about taking the gun for disposal but he noticed that the gun was missing and asked her to get it back but she couldn’t. Ms. Biden then proceeded to file an official police report.

The prosecution claims that from Ms. Biden’s conduct, Hunter was indeed using substances when he bought the gun only four days prior, specifically on October 12, 2018, even though he checked “no” as to whether he is an “unlawful user” of drugs. 

Ms. Biden also said that she had been aware of Hunter’s problem with crack cocaine after they began their relationship. She stated that he introduced her to crack and she got addicted for some time as well but she quit in August 2018.

She further stated to the court sIt was a terrible experience that I went through and I am ashamed and embarrassed and I wish that period of my life never happened’.

The gun that was in the middle of the case was eventually retrieved by police after a gentleman spotted it lying among the grocery store’s dumpsters. Hunter Biden has denied the charges and there is potential of facing up to 25 years in prison if one is convicted.

His defense is that he was open on the forms because he was in a recovery program when he bought the gun. The trial has never been seen before in the history of the United States as much as it is the first time a child of a sitting U. S president is put to trial.
