Expressing her willingness to make a comeback in films, Hema Malini mentions her readiness to embrace suitable roles. During an interview with Times Now, she sheds light on her decision to decline negative roles and shares her reasons behind this choice.

When asked about a potential return to films, Hema Malini responded, "For a comeback, I'm waiting for a suitable role that aligns with my age while retaining a touch of glamour." She was further questioned about the possibility of a negative or morally ambiguous role, akin to Jaya Bachchan's in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. In response, Hema conveyed her stance, saying, "Negative roles are not my preference. I am inherently positive and avoid harboring negativity. I can take on any role, but not that kind. My roles should convey positivity and hold a positive message."
