A tragic incident in Mumbai's Mira-Bhayandar resulted in the death of a 16-year-old boy after a bicycle stunt went awry. The accident occurred on October 28 and was captured on CCTV from a nearby shop, with the footage now widely shared on social media.

The victim, a resident of Mira Road, had been riding his bicycle to the Ghodbunder Fort when he attempted to navigate the steep descent. Witnesses reported that he lost control, collided with a wall, and fell to the ground. The CCTV footage reveals the boy bleeding at the scene while bystanders rushed to provide assistance. He was transported to Baba Saheb Ambedkar Government Hospital, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.

The police have classified the incident as an accidental death.

This tragic event echoes other recent accidents. In a separate incident, two girls sustained serious injuries after being struck by a speeding car while making rangolis outside their homes in Indore's Bhawani Nagar ahead of the Diwali festival. The accident was also captured on CCTV, showing a black hatchback hitting Priyanshi (21) and Nivya (14) as they were creating rangolis.
