Prime Minister Narendra Modi's recent visit to the Lakshadweep Islands was marked by a celebration of the region's development over the last decade. During this trip, he not only acknowledged but also commended the successful completion of various developmental projects that have significantly transformed the region under his government's initiatives.

His visit was highlighted by the inauguration of an ice plant in Agatti, a move expected to revolutionize seafood processing on the island.
