Teen Daughter and Lover Plot Murder of Woman Opposed to Their Relationship in Kutch

A woman's decomposing body was found half buried by a shoreline in Kutch, and the authorities have solved the case of her mysterious murder. Shockingly, the crime was planned and carried out by the mother's own 17-year-old daughter with the help of the mother's lover.

According to the police inquiry, the girl's mother, Laxmi Bhatt, was a target because she had a sexual relationship with the same man. The mother disapproved of their relationship strongly. The minor, her lover Yogesh Jotiyana (37), and his friend Naran Jogi (35), all of Madhapar hamlet near Bhuj, have been detained by the Mundra Marine police.

The decomposing bones of the woman were found on July 13 in a remote area by the coast, not far from the village of Hamirmora and roughly 55 kilometres from Madhapar. Neither the woman's identify nor the circumstances of her death were initially revealed by the forensic autopsy. The lack of a missing persons report added another layer of mystery to an already puzzling situation.

An officer explained that the body's isolation increased the likelihood that a local resident was involved because of the lack of information about the area.

The police were able to solve the case with the help of the locals by forming relationships with them and asking whether anyone had seen any suspicious characters at the beach or in the village recently. According to the locals, around a month and a half ago, four people attended a social event in Hamirmora. Using this information, authorities were able to examine Jotiyana's phone records and pinpoint her whereabouts in close proximity to the murder. When questioned about the murder, he confessed.

According to the investigation, the three of them plotted to murder Lakshmi after she was lured to the party. On July 13th, they arrived at Hamirmora, and as part of their plan, they went straight to the beach. Here is where Lakshmi was killed by Jotiyana's repeated blows to the head with a blunt weapon.
