UP Police Paper Leak Case: Recruitment Board President Renuka Mishra Removed, Rajiv Krishna Gets Responsibility

In relation to the paper leak case in the UP Police recruitment exam, the Yogi government has taken strict action. The chairman of the recruitment board, Renuka Mishra, has been removed and Rajvi Krishna has been appointed in her place. Additionally, some culprits were arrested last month. Among them, Ajay Singh and Sonu Singh Yadav from Prayagraj are also included. The Indian Security Force has seized a large number of candidates' admit cards and other important documents at one time. This includes the recovery of deleted data from candidates' mobile phones. Investigation is ongoing in this matter.

The Yogi government has taken a major step in the UP Police recruitment exam leak case. The chairman of the UP Police recruitment board has been removed. The chairman of the recruitment board, Renuka Mishra, has been removed. Now Rajvee Krishna has been given the responsibility of the recruitment board.

The government has put the chairman of the Police Recruitment Board on hold by removing Renuka Mishra. Now Rajiv Krishna, an IPS officer of the 1981 batch, has been given additional responsibility for the recruitment board. More than 48 lakh candidates had participated in the recruitment for more than 60,000 constable positions in Uttar Pradesh. After the paper leak, the examination was canceled.

UP STF Arrested Accused

The written examination for recruitment of constables was conducted on 17th and 18th February in all 75 districts of UP. This exam paper was leaked. Later, the UP government canceled the exam. Along with this, orders were issued to conduct it again within six months.

While taking action in the case, the UP STF arrested two more accused on March 2. STF has recovered entry papers and other important documents from them. An FIR has been registered at the Vibhutikhand police station in the case. Among the arrested accused are Ajay Singh and Sonu Singh Yadav from Prayagraj.

Nearly 50 lakh youth from the state had participated in the constable recruitment exam. The examination was conducted in two shifts. After the paper leak, the exam was canceled and it was announced to conduct it again within six months. Meanwhile, on March 1, the STF had arrested another accused Kapil Tomar, a resident of Begamabad Garhi, Baghpat, from near the Pusta Police Chowki in Loni.

FIR in paper leak case

During the examination conducted on February 18 for UP Police recruitment, suspicion of paper leak was expressed from Satyam Aman Kumar, a student, after receiving answers to questions from a note found with him at a school in Krishnanagar. The inspector who filed the FIR also wrote in the report about the suspected leak of the paper. Meanwhile, the accused Neeraj, who sent answers to the questions via WhatsApp to the examinee, has not yet been caught by the police. It is still unresolved from where the accused Neeraj got the information about the questions.

Solve paper received outside the examination center on the phone

During the investigation, it was found that the solve paper was received on the phone outside the examination center. After registering the case, the police sent Ravi to jail. Information received from sources reveals that data deleted from the candidate's mobile is being recovered to reveal the secret of the solve copy. Police are still investigating the case.
