Arvind Kejriwal condemned the ED raids on AAP MP Sanjeev Arora, claiming they were politically motivated and aimed at dismantling AAP. He asserted that no wrongdoing had been committed and accused the BJP-led central government of using investigative agencies as tools of political vendetta. AAP leaders vowed not to be intimidated, while Arora pledged full cooperation with authorities amid the ongoing money laundering investigation.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Monday reacted to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) raids on party MP Sanjeev Arora, stating that God is with the party and there is nothing to fear as no wrongdoing has occurred. The ED conducted multiple raids at locations linked to Arora as part of an investigation into an alleged land fraud case.
Speaking at a press conference, Kejriwal accused the BJP-led central government of using probe agencies to target AAP under the guise of fighting corruption. He argued that the actions were politically motivated, with the central government aiming to dismantle AAP and its leaders.
Kejriwal, joined by Delhi Chief Minister Atishi, further stated, "The Prime Minister is behind this, deploying all resources to finish off one party." He emphasized that while the government portrays itself as fighting corruption, its actions reveal a different reality.
Meanwhile, former Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia described the raids as an attempt to "break the party," but vowed that AAP members would remain steadfast. Sanjeev Arora, the MP at the center of the probe, maintained his innocence, pledging full cooperation with authorities.

The ED raids, carried out under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), involved searches in Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Gurugram, and Delhi. Officials allege that Arora illegally transferred an industrial plot through his company. Real estate businessman Hemant Sood and another individual, Chandra Shekhar Agrawal, were also implicated.
