Indian Union Home Minister Amit Shah heads to Gandhinagar to cast his vote

Union Home Minister Amit Shah cast his vote at a polling booth in Ahmedabad's Naranpura locality, under the Gandhinagar Lok Sabha seat he is contesting. He greeted supporters, interacted with them, and offered prayers after voting.
Union Home Minister and the senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Amit Shah today was seen going to a nearby polling booth in Naranpura locality of Ahmedabad amidst Gandhinagar Lok Sabha constituency.
Along with her candidate husband and the likes of Sonal Shah, Jay Shah, and other family members were present at the polling station, where there was a long queue for voting. The instant he got out of the booth, where supporters were present, he did a greeting, and then he signed their autographs.
After voting, the Home Minister showed his ink-dipped finger and made the victory sign while members of the support group responded with their applause. As always on voting days, Shah and his family first went to the temple for prayers after they had cast their votes.
Shah in a statement to the media on the eve of elections appealed to all eligible voters in Gujarat to come in large numbers and participate in this great festival of democracy. He was very sure that his party would triumph in the state due to the strong backing from the people.

Now the polling has started the third phase in 25 parliamentary constituencies of Gujarat in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. The BJP has been in a neck-and-neck race with the Opposition, and they are certainly making all possible efforts to stay in power which they have for over two decades.
