9 Indian-built trains, Vande Bharat Express, were flagged off by the Prime Minister on Sunday virtually.


In addition to the Tirunelveli-Madurai-Chennai route, several new Vande Bharat Express trains were launched on Sunday, expanding the reach of this fast and modern train service. These new routes include Kasargod-Thiruvananthapuram, Udaipur-Jaipur, Howrah-Patna, Hyderabad-Bengaluru, Vijayawada-Chennai via Renigunta, Rourkela-Bhubaneswar-Puri, Ranchi-Howrah, and Jamnagar-Ahmedabad.
