Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel accompanied the Prime Minister during this event, which drew a massive crowd of ardent supporters, predominantly women.

The entire convoy was greeted with cheers and chants from the locals as they made their way through the city.

Previously, Prime Minister Modi took the stage at an event held in Science City, Ahmedabad, to address the gathering in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit on Wednesday.

PM Modi pointed out, "When Vibrant Gujarat was started, there were no big hotels in Gujarat where foreign guests could stay. Even government guesthouses used to be

full."

"We often had to make do with university guesthouses (to house foreign delegates)", he remarked.

Then, Modi highlighted, "We not only redeveloped Gujarat but also thought about its future. We conceived 'Vibrant Gujarat' as a key contributor in this direction."

He further added, “'Vibrant Gujarat' was aimed at enhancing Gujarat's global appeal and giving the state a platform to connect with the world".
