Counting for bypolls in Bihar’s Tarari, Imamganj, Belaganj, and Ramgarh assembly constituencies began at 8 AM under tight security. Initial trends show the ruling NDA leading in Tarari and Belaganj, while the RJD (part of the INDIA bloc) leads in Imamganj, and the BSP in Ramgarh.

In Ramgarh, BSP candidate Yadav leads by 3,500 votes over BJP's Ashok Kumar Singh after the second round of counting. Meanwhile, in Imamganj, RJD's Raushan Kumar is ahead by 2,304 votes against Deepa Kumari of Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular). Kumari is the daughter-in-law of Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, who vacated the seat after winning the Gaya Lok Sabha constituency earlier this year.
